He
is a versatile multi-media artist, academically trained from University of
Benin, Nigeria with a degree in painting (Fine Art). He bagged the best
graduating student award for NCE Fine and Applied Arts from Federal College of
Education, Abeokuta in 2000. His artistic expression uses a myriad of media and
style including: Painting, Textile design, Mosaic and Recycled art.

Village School Badagry, Lagos, he seeks those 'young at art' wherever they may
be. He picks them up. He builds their creative life, and gives them form”.

effort in helping kids with their talent and development of children's art at
the grassroots as a form of therapy and empowerment; titled “catching the young
at heart” published on page33 of a Nigerian newspaper, Sunday SUN on 22nd May, 2011.
He
is an incredible art instructor and a versatile social entrepreneur who has
contributed immensely to the advancement of art from the grassroots. He is a
renaissance Art Teacher, an agent of change in teaching art and discovering
talents through his selfless acts.
Over the years, he has developed highly effective
teaching techniques and instructional methods, which have allowed him to
educate all styles of learners, and foster a fun and engaging learning
environment that effectively teaches art appreciation, promotes creativity, and
encourages growing independence and team spirit.
About

SUN Newspaper, Tuesday 20th August, 2013, vol. 10, No.
2693, pages 25, 28 & 29 for being awarded the “Most Outstanding Teacher

He loves kids and he connects effortlessly with the children and fuel their aspiration to create art through differs platform of artistic engagements, especially at the grassroots. He has presented kids for various art award competitions and recorded incredible feet at touching lives (especially the less privileged kids) through creative art engagements (including TV programmes).
He
is committed to the cause of inspiring and championing the next generation of
artists, art lovers and creative future leaders. He does more of community
work, taking an extra step into talent hunt in the rural area while he is
giving a better concentration to his studio practice. Most recently, he has
been engulfed with the issues of environment and thus channels his concern for
environmental sustainability packaged in series of artistic expression using
recycled materials as media for visual expression. He engages the kids to
create diverse eco-friendly art pieces.
He

Olusegun used to share his art class experience on Kiddies column of the Nigeria’s Vanguard Newspaper on Sundays to stimulate and inspire artistic practice and appreciation among the young ones.
He
is co-founder of ART SCOUT, which engages in series of Art Project with the
sole aim of nurturing the intrinsic talents of young ones through an ART
EDUCATION platform as form of therapy and empowerment. He has volunteer with
other organizations for this cause, Children’s Art Village and Volunteer
Africa, both US based NGO.
He
selflessly seeks to give the kids regardless of their background the chance to
self-expression and creativity. His life of service has inspired certain
individuals to make effort in imparting young ones, even when it’s just a
